A RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING ON
RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING BOARD SO
AS TO EXCLUDE FROM THE HM (HOTEL-MOTEL
DISTRICT) AND TO INCLUDE IN RM 100 (MULTI-
PLE FAMILY MEDIUM HIGH DENSITY DISTRICT) ,
PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE BOULEVARD HOTEL,
SITUATE AT 775 DADE BOULEVARD, AND LEGALLY
DESCRIBED AS: LOTS 4 THROUGH 13, INC. ,
AMENDED PLAT RESUB. OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1,
MID-GOLF SUB, ACCORDING TO PLAT BOOK 30,
PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering the recommedation of the Planning Board
so as to exclude from the HM (Hotel-Motel District) and to include
in the RM 100 (Multiple Family Medium High Density District) , prop-
erty known as the Boulevard Hotel, Situate at 775 Dade Boulevard,
and legally described as : Lots 4 through 13, Inc. , Amended Plat
Resub. of Lot 1, Block 1, Mid-Golf Sub, according to Plat Book 30,
Page 19, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing:
is hereby called to be held before the City Commission of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at the hour of 2 :30 o' clock p.m. ,
on the 5th day of September, 1979, in the Commission Chambers at
City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, at
which public hearing all interested persons will be heard.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1979 .
