RESOLUTION NO. 79-15985
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH UNDERWRITERS ADJUSTING COMPANY
WHEREAS, for the reasons more particularly set forth
in Commission Memorandum No. 7622 the City Commission of the
City of Miami Beach finds it in the City' s best interest to enter
into an agreement with Underwriters Adjusting Company; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has approved said agreement
as to form and legal sufficiency; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that said
agreement be entered into between Underwriters Adjusting Company
and the City of Miami Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into said agreement for and on behalf of said City.

1979.
