A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT AGREE-
MENT RELATING TO MIAMI BEACH YOUTH CENTER
•
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Attorney have
negotiated a tentative agreement with the architect, contractor
and tennis deck. subcontractor concerning certain disputes with
relation to the construction of the Miami Beach Youth Center
and recommend that the City enter into - said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it in the best
interest of the City of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized' to direct and to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of September , 1979 .
