RESOLUTION NO. 77-15414
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA RE-CERTIFYING THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY'S BUDGET FOR A SEVEN
MONTH PERIOD, FROM REMAINING FUNDS OF THE
AGENCY'S BUDGET AS APPROVED ON APRIL 6 , 1977.
WHEREAS, another thirty-day extension of the
Redevelopment Agency' s budget would not be sufficient to enable
the agency to enter contracts for development of regional impact;
and,
WHEREAS, the agency would be able to proceed with its
operations if its budget were re-certified for another seven
months:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH:
That the Redevelopment Agency' s budget be re-certified
for a seven month period, from remaining funds of the Agency' s
budget as approved on April 6 , 1977.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of August 1977 .
