RESOLUTION NO. 77-15450
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING ON THE 1ST DAY OF
OCTOBER, 1977 , AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY
OF SEPTEMBER, 1978.
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH , FLORIDA, that the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach has ascertained the amount of money needed for each depart-
ment to carry on the government of the City of Miami Beach and
to defray its expenses and liabilities , and makes the estimate
to be raised by taxes on all taxable property in the said City
of Miami Beach for the year A. D. 1977 , as the same is set forth
in the "Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 1977-1978 for the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, " as amended , a true and correct copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and the monies therein be and the same are accordingly hereby
appropriated , for the purposes therein set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA , that the said proposed Budget be and the
same is hereby adopted as the Official Budget of the City of
Miami Beach , Florida, for the Fiscal Year 1977-1978.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 29th day of September , 1977.
