A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-14786-A
PROVIDING FOR EMPLOYMENT OF MARTIN GREENBAUM AS
ATTORNEY FOR THE PERSONNEL BOARD, SO AS TO INCREASE
ANNUAL SALARY FROM $6,850 TO $8,400.
WHEREAS the Personnel Board of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, at
its regular meeting of October 20, 1977, approved a motion recommending that
the salary of Special Attorney to the Personnel Board, Judge Martin Greenbaum,
be increased from $6,850 to $8,400 per year; and
WHEREAS, Commission Memorandum No. 6586 sets forth the reasons for the
actions of the Personnel Board in granting the increase in the salary; and
WHEREAS, the City Administration recommends approval of the compensation
adjustement as requested by the Personnel Board, the effective date of same
to be November 20, 1977;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the second paragraph of Resolution No. 75-14786A
be and the same is hereby amended so as to increase the annual salary from
$6,824.00 to $8,400.00, to be payable in equal bi-weekly amounts of $321.84.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other terms and conditions of said
Resolution No. 75-14786A, shall remain in full force and effect.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 1977.

SUBJECT: SALARY OF PERSONNEL BOARD ATTORNEY - JUDGE MARTIN GREENBAUM
The Personnel Board at its regular meeting of October 20, 1977,
approved a motion recommending that the salary of Special
Attorney to the Personnel Board, Judge Martin Greenbaum, be ���
S increased from $6,850.00 to $8,400.00 per year.
Judge Greenbaum has served as Legal Advisor to the Personnel
Board since August 6, 1975. Due to the large number of special
meetings and hearings of appeal, in addition to regular meetings
of the Personnel Board, it was felt that Judge Greenbaum is
entitled to a salary adjustment at this time.
The Administration recommends approval of the compensation
adjustment request unanimously voted by the Personnel Board
with the effective date to be November 20, 1977.
