A RESOLUTIONN OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE
CAPITAL BANK LOCATED AT 780 ARTHUR GODFREY ROAD
A CITY DEPOSITORY.
WHEREAS, the Capital Bank has opened a branch at 780 Arthur
Godfrey Road, and would like to be designated a depository for City
funds; and
WHEREAS, the bank has agreed to the conditions required of
all banks and is eligible to be designated as a City depository;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Capital Bank be designated
a City depository, and that they be added to the rotation of accounts
on April 1, 1984 , and that funds be deposited with said bank at such
time as the need arises.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of December, 1977 .
