A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
FEES FOR RENTAL AND/OR USE OF CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH RECREATION DEPARTMENT FACILITIES;
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 13119.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
that effective December 21, 1977, there is hereby established a new fee
schedule for the rental and or/use of City of Miami Beach Recreation De-
partment facilities, in accordance with said schedule as is hereby attached
and made a part thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 13119 be and the same is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of December, 1977.

City employee groups in organized activities can use the athletic fields at no chame. Also, the
organized activities of the Military, State or Federal groups can use these facilities at no charge,
(daytime only).
For football games, cleanup fee for non-concession games will be $30.00. For games using concession,
clean-up fee will be $50.00 paid directly to employees prior to event.
All requests for events taking place on weekends or holidays requiring the marking of athletic fields
will be charged as follows: Football - Two men (1) $35.00 each = $70.00
Baseball/Softball $25.00 for one man.
(Recreation Division events excluded). Check in the proper amount for the facilities of the Recreation
Di aslar► requested must be made payable to the City of Miami Beach and must be paid directly to the
office of the Recreation4;+ycisjsp at the time application for reservation is sent. NO REFUNDS will

Above rates do not include any electricians or stagehands required by Lessee. A fee of $35.00 is to be
paid directly to each employee on duty prior to the event. Number of employees required will be
determined by the Recreation Division.
Evening events must be concluded by 11:30 P.M.
All of the above subject to insurance requirement as follows:
"Lessees are required provide an Owners, Landlords and Tenant's or General
Comprehensive Liability Policy with the Lessee and the City of Miami Beach as
named insureds. Minimum limits of bodily injury are to be $100,000 each person
and $300,000 each accident with Property Damage having a minimum of $100,000
per accident plus Workmen's Compensation."
The following endorsement shall be attached to and made a part of each policy of insurance:
"The coverage herein as to the named insured City of Miami Beach shall be deemed
primary insurance and any other policies of insurance held by the City shall be
deemed excess coverage for the purposes of this policy of insurance."
The insurance coverage for these facilities must be arranged for and approved by the City Attorney within
48 hours after facilities have been officially approved. If the respective applicant/candidate fails to
satisfy the City Attorney as to insurance within 48 hours, the facility in question is automatically can-
celled, another drawing will be scheduled without delay and all candidates desiring to participare may
