A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE
MANNER OF APPOINTMENT AND CHANGING THE
MEMBERSHIP OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON JUVENILE PROBLEMS .
WHEREAS, on October 21, 1970 the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach passed and adopted its Resolution No. 13139
creating and establishing the City of Miami Beach Advisory Com-
mittee on Juvenile Problems, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Commission
of the City of Miami Beach that there is a need to change the
membership and manner of appointment to said Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that on and after December 29 ,
1977, the City of Miami Beach Advisory Committee on Juvenile
Problems shall consist of fourteen (14) members; each Commissioner
having two (2) appointments each.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 29th day of December, 1977 .
