A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A CONTRACT WITH NORMAN M. GILLER AND ASSOCIATES
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE
RELOCATION OF THE METERED PARKING DIVISION TO THE
LINCOLN LANE WEST PARKING GARAGE ON 17TH STREET,
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, PA-71.
WHEREAS , the City Commission finds for the reasons more
particularly stated in Commission Memorandum No . 7759 that it is
in the best interest of the City to enter into an agreement with
Norman M. Giller and Associates for professional services in
connection with the relocation of the Metered Parking Division to
17TH Street Garage, PA-71; and
WHEREAS, an appropriate agreement has been prepared which
has been approved as to form by the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that said agreement
be entered into between the City and Norman M. Giller and Associates ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach.
