A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE MIAMI BEACH PROFESSIONAL LIFEGUARD ASSOCIATION
FOR THE PRODUCTION OF "LOVE ON THE BEACH" CONCERTS.
WHEREAS , for the reasons more particularly set forth at
the meeting of the City Commission at which this Resolution was
adopted, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach finds it
in the best interests of the City to enter into an Agreement with
the Miami Beach Professional Lifeguard Association;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, for
and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach.
