SUBJECT: Mayor's 41st Street Blue Ribbon Com ittee Motions
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC") is to inform the Commission of four
(4) motions passed by the Mayor's Blue Ribbon 41St Street Committee during their
March 12, 2019, meeting.
Members present: Seth Gadinsky (Chair), Betty Behar, Michael Burnstine, Yechiel
Ciment, Francisco Diez-Rivas, Eric Hankins, Jerri Hertzberg Bassuk, Marcella Novela,
and Robin Jacobs (Vice Chair).

1) MOTION: To request the City hire Alta/Gehl to do Phase II (execution phase)
of the initial plan.

2) MOTION: To recommend the City issue RFPs for City owned parking lots
within the 41st Street corridor.
