SUBJECT: Normandy Shores Park Tennis C rt Improvements
The purpose of this LTC is to notify the City Commission that the Parks and Recreation
Department will be temporarily closing the tennis courts at Normandy Shores Park for court
improvements.
The scope of this project consists of replacing the existing chain link fence with a black vinyl-
coated fence, resurfacing four tennis hard courts and installing four new tennis net systems.
The project is expected to begin the week of March 18, 2019 and should be completed by April
30, 2019, weather permitting.
In the interim, park patrons may use the tennis courts in Fairway Park (201 Fairway Drive) or
Polo Park (4301 N Michigan Ave).
