RESOLUTION NO. 80-16213
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO WAIVE GREENS FEES FOR THE GREATER MIAMI
WOMEN' S GOLF ASSOCIATION TOURNAMENT AT
NORMANDY SHORES AND BAYSHORE GOLF COURSES.
WHEREAS, the Greater Miami Women' s Golf Association
Tournament Committee is desirous of holding a golf tournament
at Normandy Shores and Bayshore Golf Courses on May 20 , 1980
and July 15, 1980, respectively; and
WHEREAS, in conjunction with said tournament, said
Committee has requested that the City waive greens fees for
said event; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it in the best
interest of the City to waive greens fees for said events;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Manager be
and he is authorized to waive greens fees for the Greater Miami
Women' s Golf Association Tournament to be held on May 20 , 1980
and July 15, 1980, at Normandy Shores and Bayshore Golf courses.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March , 1980 .
