RESOLUTION NO. 80-16214
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO WAIVE GREENS FEES FOR THE MIAMI BEACH
SUN & FUN COLLEGIATE GOLF TOURNAMENT AT
BAYSHORE GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS , the Miami Beach Sun & Fun Golf Tournament
Committee is desirous of holding a golf tournament at Bayshore
Golf Course on October 19 through October 21, 1980 and a
practice round related thereto on October 18 , 1980; and
WHEREAS , in conjunction with said tournament, said
Committee has requested that the City waive greens fees for
said event; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it in the best
interest of the City to waive greens fees for said event;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Manager be
and he is authorized to waive greens fees for the Miami Beach
Sun & Fun Golf Tournament to be held on October 19 through
October 21, 1980 together with practice round on October 18 ,
1980 at Bayshore Golf Course.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March , 1980.
