A RESOLUTION ABOLISHING THE HEALTH PLANNING
COMMISSION AND RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS NOS.
13555, 77-15326 and 78-15769
WHEREAS, on March 5, 1980, the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, considered the report rendered by City Physician Leo Grossman
regarding the Health Planning Commission, that said Commission was not longer
functional and that abolishment was recommended, and
WHEREAS, said recommendation was considered by the City Commission and
was approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that said Health Planning Commission be and the same
is hereby abolished, and that Resolutions Nos. 13555, 77-15326 and 78-15769,
relating to said Commission be and the same are hereby rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1980.
