RESOLUTION NO. 80-16216
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE DESIGNATION
OF A CHAIN AND VICE-CHAIRMAN OF THE MIAMI BEACH
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS , the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency Commissioners ,
all present at a Board Meeting on November 19 , 1979 , recommended the
appointment of Irwin Sawitz as Chairman and Marwin Cassel as Vice-
Chairman of the Redevelopment Agency;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the following Commissioners
of the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency be and they are hereby
designated as the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, respectively:
Irwin Sawitz , Chairman
Marwin Cassel, Vice-Chairman.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March , 1980 .
