Morales, City Manager 1 , DATE: March 26, 2019 (/ SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to R quest for Proposals (RFP) No. 2019-067-WG, for Routine and Emergency Waterway Cleanup and Debris Removal On June 6, 2018, the Mayor and City Commission, approved Resolution No. 2018-30324, authorizing issuance of RFP 2019-067-WG for Routine and Emergency Waterways Cleanup and Debris Removal. The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2019-067-WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s)for routine and emergency waterway cleanup and debris removal. The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on April 12, 2019.The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP. I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: • Sabrina Baglieri, Senior Capital Projects Coordinator, Capital Improvement Projects, City of Miami Beach • Christian De La Iglesia, Marine Authority Board • Jose Del Risco, Assistant Director, Parks Department, City of Miami Beach • Jay Fink, Assistant Director, Public Works Department, City of Miami Beach • Stanley Kolosovskiy, Environmental Specialist, Environment and Sustainability Department, City of Miami Beach I am also considering the following individuals as alternates: • Carlos DaCruz, Parks Department, City of Miami Beach • Rudy De La Torre, Operations Director, Public Works Department, City of Miami Beach • Margarita Kruyff, Assistant Director, Environment and Sustainability Department, City of Miami Beach I would appreciate any comments and/or suggestions you may have by Friday, March 29, 2019.
