A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10840, CREATING THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FINE ARTS BOARD, SO AS TO
PROVIDE THAT EACH MEMBER OF THE CITY COMMISSION SHALL
HAVE TWO INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENTS INSTEAD OF ONE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
that Resolution No. 10840, Section 1, now reading as follows*
"1. Said Board shall consist of fifteen (15) members; eight (8) of whom
shall be appointed at large by the City Commission; and each
Commissioner shall also be entitled to appoint one (1) member to the Board."
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
1. Said Board shall consist of twenty-two (22) members; eight (8) of
whom shall be appointed at large by the City Commission; and
each Commissioner shall also be entitled to appoint two (2) members to
the Board."
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1980.
