RESOLUTION NO. 80-16269
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE-
MENT WITH S. Z. BENNETT, FOR SERVICES AS A
REAL ESTATE CONSULTANT, ON MATTERS RELATING
TO SOUTH BEACH REDEVELOPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
deems it in the best interest of the citizens of Miami Beach to
enter into an agreement with S. Z. Bennett, Real Estate Consultant,
the terms of which are familiar to the City Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the City enter
into said Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein, and the City Attorney has approved same as
to legal form and sufficiency;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement for and in behalf of the City of Miami
Beach, and the appropriate financial officers of the City of
Miami Beach be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
pay and disburse the sum set forth in said Agreement.
