Resolution 80-16291 the Circuit Court ruling; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the expiration of the initial moratorium has not mooted the issues pending before the Appellate Court; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that but for the order of the trial court enjoining the City from enforcing or attempting to enforce condomin- ium conversion measures, the City stands ready to extend and/or enact new condominium conversion measures for the protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Miami Beach, Florida.
