A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, WAIVING THE
GREENS FEES FOR DADE AMATEUR GOLF ASSOCIATION,
JUNIOR LEAGUE, TOURNAMENT.
WHEREAS , for the reasons more particularly set
forth in Commission Memorandum No. 8289 , the City Commission
of the City of Miami Beach finds it in the best interest of
the City to waive the greens fees for Dade Amateur Golf
Association, Junior League , Tournament; and
WHEREAS , the City Manager recommends the City
waive said fees , and the City Attorney has approved same as
to legality;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the
greens fees for the Dade Amateur Golf Association , Junior
League , Tournament be waived.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of June
1980.

SUBJECT: WAIVING OF GREENS FEES FOR
DADE AMATEUR GOLF ASSOCIATION, JUNIOR LEAGUE, TOURNAMENT
Attached hereto is a letter from the Dade Amateur Golf
Association requesting the privilege of holding a tournament
at Bayshore Golf Course on July 14, 1980 from 8:00 a.m. to
11:00 a.m. They have requested that greens fees related
thereto be waived for this event.
This tournament has been approved in past years, along with
waiving of its greens fees.
RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE
