A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION CREATING THE
CHARTER REVIEW AND REVISION BOARD (RESOLUTION NO. 10839) ;
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on
October 1, 1980, reviewed the activities of the several boards and committees
of the City of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS, it was determined that the Charter Review and Revision Board
had not held meetings for at least two years, and
WHEREAS, it was determined that should the City Commission wish to have
reviews made of proposed Charter amendments, that an Ad Hoc committee could
be appointed from time to time for such purpose which would eliminate the
necessity of a permanent-type committee and/or board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT RESOLUTION NO. 10839 adopted October 17, 1962,
be and the same is hereby repealed, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to so note the records of the City Commission as may be applicable.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 1980.
