A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION ABOLISHING
AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS CREATING THE FOLLOWING
AD HOC COMMITTEES: RESOLUTION NO. 77-15427,
CREATING CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AD HOC CULTURAL
ADVISORY COMMITTEE; RESOLUTION NO. 78-15522,
CREATING AD HOC CULTURAL ADVISORY BOARD;
RESOLUTION NO. 74-14486, CREATING AD HOC
ECONOMIC ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1980, the City Clerk of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, through the City Manager, recommended the abolishment of certain boards
and/or committees of the City based on the fact that no meetings and/or no
appointments to said committees have been made for at least two years, and
WHEREAS, it was the determination of the City Commission that if such
committees are needed from time to time, that the City Commission could so
provide;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT the following committees are hereby abolished and
the respective resolutions providing for same are hereby repealed:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-15427 adopted 9/7/77- City of Miami Beach Cultural
Arts Advisory Committee.
RESOLUTION NO. 78-15522 adopted 1/4/78 -Ad Hoc Cultural Advisory Board;
RESOLUTION NO. 74-14486 adopted 9/19/74, as
amended by Resolution No. 75-14796, adopted
8/21/75 - Ad Hoc Economic Advisory Com-
mittee
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
so note the records of the City Commission as may be applicable.
