A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CATEGORIES
AND SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR GOLF COURSE
USE IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 15, 1980.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That effective October 15,1980, the following schedule
of fees payable for the use of the City's golf courses
shall be as follows:
PERMANENT RESIDENT FREEHOLDER/REGISTERED VOTER
Single $ 300.00
Husband & Wife 480.00
PERMANENT RESIDENT NON-VOTER/NON-FREEHOLDER
Single 420.00
Husband & Wife 660,00
TOURIST RESIDENT
Single 555,00
Husband & Wife 780,.00
NON-RESIDENT FREEHOLDER
Single 300.00
Husband & Wife 480.00
JUNIOR (UNDER 18 YEARS) 90.00
INTERMEDIATE (18 THROUGH 20 YEARS) 120.00
PAR 3 GOLF COURSE ONLY
Permanent Resident, Freeholder/

Permanent Resident, Non-Freeholder/
Non-Registered Voter 210,00
GREENS FEES
All persons, whether they be residents or not,
may play on the municipal courses in Miami Beach
by paying the regular greens fees as enumerated.

"TWILIGHT" GREENS FEES
$2.40 during off-season, effective at 4:00
p.m. each day, except Saturday and Sunday,
available to residents and non-residents.
Freeholder shall mean ownership, either as an
individual or as an officer of a corporation,
or real property within the City limits of
Miami Beach. A receipted property tax bill,
or deed.,. will be required for proof of
ownership. If property is held in the name of
a corporation, proof must be submitted that the
individual making application is an officer in
the corporation.
SECTION 2: That effective October 15, 1980, there shall be issued
a maximum of two hundred (200) annual permits to
non-residents at the regular tourist rate, as follows:
Single $ 555.00
Husband & Wife 780.00
Par 3 only (Single) 260.00
Allocation of the aforesaid permits shall be accomplished through
Administrative Order.
SECTION 3: That Resolution No. 76-15137 be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 1980.
