RESOLUTION NO. 80-16418
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING ON THE 1ST DAY OF OCTOBER, 1980,
AND ENDING ON THE 30TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1981.
BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Commission of the City of
Miami Beach has ascertained the amount of money needed for each
department to carry on the government of the City of Miami Beach
and to defray its expenses and liabilities, and makes the estimate
to be raised by taxes on all taxable property in the said City of
Miami Beach for the year A.D. 1980 as the same is set forth in
the "Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 1980/81 for the City of
Miami Beach, Florida," as amended, a true and correct copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and the monies therein be and the same are accordingly hereby
appropriated, for the purposes therein set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said Proposed Budget be
and the same is hereby adopted as the Official Budget of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, for the Fiscal Year 1980/81.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 1980.
