RESOLUTION NO. 80-16445
A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON
TO HEAR OBJECTIONS TO CONFIRMATION OF RESOLUTIONS
ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS. (Highway Improvement H-539 ,
and Whiteway Improvement WW-166)

IMPROVEMENTS: DISTRICTS:
H-539 and WW-166
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 1980? the City
Commission passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements designated as:
Highway Improvement H-539 and Whiteway Improvement WW-166
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvements and estimates of the cost
thereof, including estimates of the incidental expenses, and
said plans and specifications and estimates of cost and the
estimates of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commisson of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that said City
Commission will hold a Public Hearing commencing at 2;30 P.M and 2;35 P.M.
on December 3, 1980 , and will hear objections of all persons
interested, to the confirmation of said resolutions ordering
said improvements.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1980.
