RESOLUTION NO. 80-16478
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-16457, WHICH ADOPTED THE RECOMMENDATION
OF THE ADMINISTRATION AND THE CITY' S REAL ESTATE
CONSULTANT TO PURCHASE A PARCEL OF PROPERTY
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1421 ALTON ROAD, MIAMI BEACH,
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELOCAT-
ING THE MIAMI BEACH METERED PARKING DIVISION
HEADQUARTERS.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach ,
Florida, deems it to be in the best interest and welfare of said
City and the inhabitants thereof to rescind Resolution No. 80-16457,
passed and adopted by this Commission on November 5, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM-
MISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that it hereby
rescinds Resolution No. 80-16457, passed and adopted by the City
Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on November 5,
1980.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1980.
