A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 80-16427, TO ACCEPT ADDITIONAL GRANT FUNDS
OF $108,791 .52 FOR THE RETARDATION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 80-16427 accepted grant funds from
the State of Florida, Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in
the amount of $35,950.25 for the operation of the Retardation Program for
the period October 1 , 1980 through December 31 , 1980; and
WHEREAS, The State of Florida, Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services has appropriated an additional $108,791 .52 for
operation of the Retardation Program for the period January 1 , 1981
through September 30, 1981 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 80-16427 be amended
to accept additional grant funds of $108,791 .52 for the operation of the
Retardation Program for the balance of Fiscal Year 1980-81 .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of January , 1981 .
