A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUIT-
CLAIM DEEDS AS EVIDENCE OF VACATED EAST-WEST
ALLEY IN BLOCK 11 OF BISCAYNE POINT SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, on January 7 , 1981, the City Commission of
the City of Miami Beach authorized the public abandonment by
vacating the east-west alley in Block 11 of Biscayne Point Sub-
division (retaining a 10 foot utility easement) ; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the individual property
owners on either side of the vacated alley to have such vacation
evidenced by Quit-Claim deeds executed by the City of Miami Beach;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute individual Quit-Claim deeds to
evidence the vacation of the east-west alley in Block 11 of Biscayne
Point Subdivision, such Quit-Claim deeds to retain a 10 foot utility
easement consisting of five (5) feet on either side of the center
line of the alley.

1981.
