RESOLUTION NO: 81-16586
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED INTER-LOCAL AGREE-
MENT WITH METRO DADE COUNTY FOR THE RECEIPT OF
DECADE OF PROGRESS BOND FUNDS FOR THE WASHING-
TON AVENUE REVITALIZATION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach has adopted a
Revitalization Plan for Washington Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach desires to construct specified public
improvements as part of the Revitalization Plan for Washington Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has prepared detailed plans and
specification for said public improvements to Washington Avenue; and
WHEREAS, $1,700,000 in Dade County Decade of Progress Bond Funds is
available for public improvements within the City of Miami Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1981.
