RESOLUTION NO. 81-16625
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AMENDMENT WITH S & L PRODUCTIONS FOR THE USE
OF THE NORTH AND SOUTH HALLS OF THE MIAMI
BEACH CONVENTION CENTER ON JULY 6-13, 1981 *
WHEREAS, the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH entered into a lease
agreement with
S & L PRODUCTIONS
hereinafter referred to as LESSEE, said agreement having been previously
approved by the City Commission on
for use of certain premises and facilities of the City of Miami
Beach, to wit:
NORTH & SOUTH HALLS, MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
for the event known a s:
WORLD TRADE FAIR ' 81
on

JULY 6-13, 1981
and
WHEREAS, said LESSEE has requested an amendment to said
agreement as set forth in the Addendum to the Agreement, a copy
of which is included in the agenda for the meeting at which this
Resolution was adopted, and
WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the existing
agreement shall remain the same, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate Amendment to Agreement, signed
by the said LESSEE and approved as to form and legal sufficiency
by the City Attorney, is attached hereto and made a part hereof,
the provisions of which are familiar to the City Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Amendment to the exist-
ing lease agreement as set forth in said Commission Memorandum be
and the sarre is hereby accepted and approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to ex-
ecute said Amendment to Agreement in the name of and on behalf of
the CITY.

ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT DATED OCTOBER 22, 1980 AND ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT
DATED JANUARY 23, 1981 BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
HEREINAFTER CALLED THE LESSOR, AND S & L PRODUCTIONS HEREINAFTER CALLED
THE LESSEE:
Lessee will use July 10, 1981 in addition to July 11-12, 1981 as open
to public show days in the North and South Halls of the Miami Beach Con-
vention Center at no additional cost.
All other terms and conditions of the existing agreement to remain the
same.
