A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
WITH ELECTRICAL EXHIBITION SERVICES, INC . FOR
THE FURNISHING OF ELECTRICAL SERVICES IN THE
SOUTH HALL OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER,
APRIL 30 - MAY 3 , 1981 .
WHEREAS ,
the CityCommission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida , has been advised that
ELECTRICAL EXHIBITION SERVICES, INC.
desires to furnish
electrical services for certain premises and
facilities of the City of Miami Beach, to-wit:
SOUTH HALL OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
during the event known a s :
BARON ANTIQUE SHOW
on
APRIL 30 - MAY 3, 1981
and
WHEREAS , an appropriate agreement has been prepared by
the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to form
by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS , City
the Commission has been advised of and is
provisions with the terms and of the said agreement and
deems it to be
in the best interest of the City to authorize the
execution of the said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be
and theyare hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above-described ibed agreement on behalf of the City, and that the
Miami Beach
Convention Center Director be and he is hereby autho-
rized
utho-rized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City .
