RESOLUTION NO. 81-16627
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81-16589 ,
ADOPTED MARCH 4 , 1981, SO AS TO PROVIDE A SOURCE
OF FUNDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF NINE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED AND FORTY DOLLARS ($9 , 640) OBLIGATED TO
THE PIONEER ROOFING COMPANY TO SATISFY THE CLAIM
OF TEMPLE BETH JACOB.
WHEREAS , the City Commission on March 14 , 1981, adopted
Resolution No. 81-16589 authorizing the payment of Nine Thou-
sand Six Hundred and Forty Dollars ($9 , 640) obligated to the
Pioneer Roofing Company to satisfy the claim of Temple Beth
Jacob; and
WHEREAS , no source of funding was identified in said reso-
lution; and
WHEREAS , the Administration recommends such funding be ap-
propriated from the Contingency fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Manager is
authorized to pay the aforementioned claim from the City' s Con-
tingency fund.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day April , 1981.
