A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
WITH ELECTRICAL EXHIBITION SERVICES, INC. FOR
THE FURNISHING OF ELECTRICAL SERVICES IN THE
SOUTH HALL OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
ON APRIL 22-28 , 19 81 (after the fact) .
WHEREAS, City
the Commission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida , has been advised that
ELECTRICAL EXHIBITION SERVICES, INC.
desires to furnish electrical services for certain premises and
facilities of the City of Miami Beach, to-wit:
SOUTH HALL OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
during the event known as :
SOUTH FLORIDA CULINARY FAIR
on APRIL 22-28, 1981 .
and
WHEREAS , an appropriate agreement has been prepared by
the Miami
Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to form
by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS , the City Commission has been advised of and is
familiar
with the terms and provisions of the said agreement and
deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize the
execution of the said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE ,E EFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE
F CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and theyare hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above-describedagreement a reement on behalf of the City, and that the
Miami Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby autho-
rized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
