A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A TRUSTEE'S
DEED FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRACT "B" OF PARKVIEW
ISLAND, FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has purchased the
following described property located on Parkview Island for public
purposes, and legally described as: Tract "B" , PARKVIEW POINT,
according to the Plat thereof , as recorded in Plat Book 77 , at Page
12 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City of Miami Beach
formally accepts the Trustee ' s Deed of the above-described property
located on Parkview Island for public purposes.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of May , 1981.

THIS INDENTURE, made this 34, day of /e/4. 1981 ,
between CITY NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI, a United States Banking Corporation,
as Trustee under the provisions of a certain Trust Agreement, dated the
16th day of April , 1979 , known as Trust Number 500 3918, party of
the first part, and THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH , a
party bf the second part, whose address is:
WITNESSETH :
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10. 00) Dollars, in hand paid by
said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hath remised, released and quit claimed, and by these present doth remise,
release, and quit claim unto the said party of the second part, and its
successors and assigns forever, all the estate,. right, title, lien, equity,
interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first part hath in
and to the following described lot, piece, or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the County of Dade , State of Florida
to-wit:
TRACT B, PARKV1EW POINT, according to the Plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 77 , at Page 12 , of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO: All applicable zoning ordinances , building and use
restrictions , restrictions of record common to the subdivision ,
and existing public utility or drainage easement, and taxes for
the current year.

appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, lien, interest and claim whatsoever of the said
