A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH MIAMI HEART
INSTITUTE OF MIAMI BEACH TO LEASE 119 PARKING
SPACES IN 42nd STREET MUNICIPAL PARKING GARAGE
FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR YEARS, WITH A TWO SIX MONTH
RENEWAL OPTION.
WHEREAS, the Miami Heart Institute of Miami Beach,
Florida, has requested an agreement with the City of Miami Beach for
the leasing of 119 parking spaces in the 42nd Street Municipal Park-
ing Garage for a period of four years, with a two six month renewal
option, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it to be in the best
interests of the City that such agreement be entered into by and
between the City of Miami Beach and Miami Heart Institute, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an appropriate
agreement containing such terms, conditions and provisions with
which the City Commission is familiar .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida.
