A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF 2 , 222 FOLD ING CHAIRS FOR THE
PURCHASE PRICE OF $77 , 547 . 80 .
Be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida:
1. The City Commission has reviewed the proposed con-
tract between the City and Krueger Corporation for the purchase of
2 ,222 tubular folding chairs for use in the Miami Beach Convention
Center .
2 . The City Commission has also reviewed the accompany-
ing sales documents and memoranda.
3 . Upon review of the above-described documents , the
City Commission approves execution of the contract.
THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the contract in the form attached hereto.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of June , 1981.
