A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE LAW FIRM OF
SIBLEY, GIBLIN, LEVENSON & GLASER OF MIAMI BEACH
TO LEASE 6 PARKING SPACES IN MUNICIPAL PARKING
LOT 4A (18th St. & Bay Road) FOR A PERIOD OF ONE
YEAR, WITH ONE YEAR RENEWAL OPTION.
WHEREAS, the Law Firm of Sibley, Giblin, Levenson & Glaser
of Miami Beach, Florida, has requested an agreement with the City of
Miami Beach for the leasing of 6 parking spaces in the Municipal
Parking Lot 4-A (18th Street and Bay Road) for a period of one year ,
with one year renewal option, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it to be in the best
interests of the City that such agreement be entered into by and
between the City of Miami Beach and the Law Firm of Sibley, Giblin,
Levenson & Glaser , and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an appropriate
agreement containing such terms, conditions and provisions with
which the City Commission is familiar.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of June , 1981.
