A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-15965
BY SUBSTITUTING THEREIN THE INDIVIDUAL WHO
SHALL HAVE AUTHORITY TO COUNTERSIGN VOUCHERS
DRAWING ON ACCOUNT IN THE INTERCONTINENTAL BANK
OF MIAMI BEACH DESIGNATED "CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
CONVENTION CENTER TRUST ACCOUNT. "
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that Section 1 of Resolution 79-15965, amending Sec-
tion 1 of Resolution No. 76-14917 , providing authority for the sign-
ing of vouchers drawing on the account in the Intercontinental Bank
of Miami Beach designated "City of Miami Beach Convention Center
Trust Account, " be and the same is hereby amended to read as fol-
lows:
"SECTION 1:
All withdrawals of funds from the City of Miami Beach
bank account in the Intercontinental Bank of Miami Beach,
designated "City of Miami Beach Convention Center Trust
Account" shall be upon regular City of Miami Beach
checks, designated "City of Miami Beach Convention Center
Trust Account, " each bearing two signatures , as follows :
By Norman Litz , Convention Center Director ,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
by Eleanor B. Baltuch, Convention Center Events
Coordinator ,
or in her absence or inability to act for any reason,
by Mary Ann Larssen, Administrative Assistant II
Countersigned by one of the following 3 individuals :
by F.L. Bleasdale, Administrative Assistant I ,
by B. Dew, Administrative Assistant I ,
by Vernon Stultz , Administrative Assistant I . "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a certified copy of this Resolution
shall be furnished to the Intercontinental Bank of Miami Beach.
