UT I ON AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH
EDLEN EL
ECTRI CAL EXHIBITION SERVI CES, INC. FOR THE
FURNISHING OF ELECTRI CAL SERVI CES I N THE NORTH AND
SOUTH HALLS OF THE MI AMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER ON
AUGUST 19-26, 1981 .
WHEREAS ,
the CityCommission of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida , has been advised that
EDLEN ELECTRI CAL EXHIBITION SERVI CES, INC.
desires to furnish electrical services for certain premises and
facilities of the City of Miami Beach, to-wit:
NORTH AND SOUTH
HALLS OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
during the event known as:
FLORIDA FURNITURE MARKET
on
AUGUST 19 - 26, 1981
and
WHEREAS, an appropriate agreement has been prepared by
the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and approved as to form
by the City Attorney, and
T the CityCommission has been advised of and is
WHEREAS ,
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said agreement and
deems it
to be in the best interest of the City to authorize the
execution of the said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk
be and theyare hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above-described agreement on behalf of the City, and that the
Miami Beach Convention Center Director be and he is hereby autho-
rized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
