A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH APPROVING THE CITY CONTRACT FOR
PURCHASE OF TELESCOPIC PLATFORMS FOR THE MIAMI
BEACH CONVENTION CENTER.
The City Commission has reviewed the Administration' s me-
morandum concerning the proposed contract to purchase seating plat-
forms from Hussey Manufacturing Company, Inc. for $125 , 878 ; and
The City Commission has also reviewed the proposed con-
tract and accompanying documentation between the City and Hussey
Manufacturing Company, Inc. ; and
Based on this review, the City Commission of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida approves said contract and authorizes the Mayor
to execute said contract on behalf of the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of July , 1981.
