A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH
INTEGRAL SYSTEMS , INC. , FOR THE
LICENSING OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND
RELATED SERVICES .
The City Commission of the City of Miami Beach has reviewed the
specifications , proposal, and agreement for the acquisition from
Integral Systems , Inc. , of computer software and related services ,
at a cost of Fifty Eight Thousand Dollars ( $58 , 000. 00) plus main-
tenance charges.
The City Commission concludes , based on the advice of the City
Administration, that said license Agreement is in the best interest
of the City, and should be executed promptly.
The City Commission therefore approves said agreement and directs
the City Mayor to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City, subject
to the following terms and conditions :
(I) Said Agreement shall incorporate all requirements of the
City' s bid invitation and in the event of conflict or inconsistency
between the bid proposal and the Agreement, the bid proposal shall
govern at the option of the City;
(II) The City Manager, with the approval of the City Attorney ,
shall be authorized to make technical modifications to the agreement ,
provided said modifications do not alter the basic terms of the agree-
ment.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of July , 1981 .
