A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ADMIN-
ISTRATION TO SOLICIT FOR APPRAISALS IN ORDER TO
DETERMINE THE FAIR VALUE OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED
ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF FOURTH STREET AND ALTON
ROAD, NAMELY LOTS 1 , 2 , 3 , AND 4 OF OCEAN BEACH
ADDITION NO. 3 , AS SURPLUS PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of encouraging
immediate development in the South Shore area; and
WHEREAS, the City owns four desirable lots which are
ideal for a contemplated commercial use; and
WHEREAS, the land must be appraised before the City can
prepare a Request For Proposal ;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH:
That the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
authorizes the administration to solicit for appraisals in
order to determine the fair value of the property located on
the northeast corner of Fourth Street and Alton Road, namely
Lots 1, 2 , 3 , and 4 of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3 , as surplus
property.
