A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN TOUCHE ROSS AND
COMPANY, A PARTNERSHIP, AND THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FOR THE
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A UTILITY ENTERPRISE SYSTEM
FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed the Agreement between
TOUCHE ROSS AND COMPANY, a partnership, and
WHEREAS the Owner, City of Miami Beach, desires to design and
implement a Utility Enterprise System for Water and Sewer Service, all as set forth in the
Agreement between the City and the Professional Consulting Service; and
WHEREAS the City Manager has recommended execution of the Agreement
and the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk shall
execute the Agreement between TOUCHE ROSS AND COMPANY and the City of Miami
Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1983.
