RESOLUTION NO. 83-17593
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY AND CHRIS DUNDEE ENTERPRISES , INC. FOR
THE PRESENTATION OF PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
EXHIBITIONS AT THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION
CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
has reviewed the attached two-year Agreement between the City and
Chris Dundee Enterprises, Inc. , granting said promoter the right
to present professional wrestling exhibitions and contests at the
Miami Beach Convention Center ; and
WHEREAS , the City Manager and the Director of the
Convention Center have recommended that said contract be executed
by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised the Commission
that said contract is legally proper as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
The City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
approves said contract and authorizes the Mayor to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of December , 1983 .
