A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING THE
BUDGET OF THE SPECIAL REVENUE ACCOUNT FOR
PRECIOUS LEGACY EXHIBIT
WHEREAS, The City Manager has prepared and submitted a proposed
amended budget of the Special Revenue Account for Precious Legacy Exhibit,
incorporating actual reservation receipts for a one-month period; and
WHEREAS, The City Com mission of the City of Miami Beach has
examined and does approve said proposed amended budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that;
The budget of the Special Revenue Account for Precious Legacy
Exhibit be increased from $150,000 to $218,000;
The expenditure account for Professional Services-Precious Legacy
be increased from $64,000 to $132,000.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of January, 1984.

SUBJECT: PRECIOUS LEGACY EXHIBIT- AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL REVENUE ACCOUNT
Based on actual reservation receipts for a one- month period, the revenue projection for the
Precious Legacy Exhibit has been revised from $150,000 to $218,000. The Bass Museum Director
has proposed that the $68,000 in additional revenue be used to fund additional expenses
anticipated for design and production services. The Professional Services account, currently
budgeted at $64,000, would be increased to $132,000.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION:
The Administration recom mends that the Special Revenue Account for Precious Legacy Exhibit be
increased from $150,000 to $218,000, and that this increase of $68,000 be allocated to
expenditures for professional services.
