A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF NORTH SHORE PARK FIELD BY
THE SEAGRAPE NEIGHBORHOOD OF GIRL SCOUTS , ON MARCH 3 , 1984 .
WHEREAS , the Seagrape Neighborhood of Girl Scouts , comprised
of girls from Miami Beach schools , has requested the use of North Shore
Park on Saturday, May 3 , 1984 , from 11 : 00 A.M. to 3 : 00 P .M. for their
annual Field Day; and
WHEREAS , the North Shore Park field is available on the date
requested, and no special preparation is required and no additional
costs would be incurred; and
WHEREAS , all of the girls live or attend a Miami Beach school ,
it would only seem appropriate to assist them in this request;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that authorization be granted for the
use of North Shore Park field to the Seagrape Neighborhood on March
3 , 1984 for their annual Field Day, at no charge , all insurance
requirements , however, must be met.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 1st day of February, 1984 .
