ACCEPTING RESULTS OF PERSONNEL BOARD PRIMARY ELECTION,
GROUP Two EMPLOYEES, HELD ON January 31, 1984.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Commission
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk
and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election held on
January 31, 1984 , for the purpose of electing a Regular
member from Group Two of the City employees to serve on
the Personnel Board; and
WHEREAS, the said City Commission has canvassed said returns
and certificate ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of
said City that it hereby adopts the said certificate as the result
of said Primary Election, and does hereby declare the member from
Group Two elected to the Personnel Board, as follows:

PERSONNEL BOARD GROUP TWO
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH EMPLOYEES
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF DADE:
We, the undersigned Clerk and Inspectors , do hereby certify, in
duplicate, that we held and conducted an election of the members of
Group Two of the employees of the City of Miami Beach, at the City Hall
1700 Convention Center Drive (Inside Lobby Area, on January 31 , 1984 ,
for the purpose of electing a member of the Personnel Board to represent
Group Two; that at the close of the polls we proceeded to open the
ballot box and count the ballots, and found the results of said Election
as conducted by us to be as follows, which results we then publicly
proclaimed.
That there were a total of 164 votes cast.
39 votes were cast for Robin K. Drake
1 vote was cast for Barry Fein
4 votes were cast for Pola Kittleson
13 votes were cast for Kathleen (Kass) McGowan
4 votes were cast for Alyson N. Neulander
22 votes were cast for Esther Rabinowitz
4 votes were cast for Florence Richman
75 votes were cast for Ruth Woods
1 vote was cast for Joe Peterillo (write-in)
1 void ballot
