A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH "ANNUAL TREE
GIVE-AWAY" FOR MARCH 23, 1984
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach Parks Division has , for the past 27
years , distributed trees at no cost to the property owners of Miami Beach;
and
WHEREAS, said event has been in observation of the anniversary of the
founding of the City of Miami Beach; and
WHEREAS, the City Nursery has grown approximately 1200 trees in an-
ticipation

ticipation of said event; and
WHEREAS, said event preserves and extends the beauty and greenery of
the community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Administration shall schedule the City
of Miami Beach Annual Tree Give-Away for Friday, March 23, 1934.
